One of my coping mechanisms for stress is being creative . As soon as I found out about adult coloring books, I had to get my hands on one. What better way to deal with stress than to color. I am naturally a big kid at heart. I've always loved coloring as a kid. Coloring is very therapeutic and my mind is most at ease. As I color carefully, I get lost in the beautiful detailed illustrations. I use these books mostly when I'm traveling, stressed, or bored.
The Color Therapy Anti-Stress Coloring Book was a gift and is my absolute favorite because it incorporates color theory through out the book. The Adult Coloring Book is cool also. It is full of detailed mandalas, animals, and paisley flowers. If you're an artsy person like me. You should definitely check these out. There are many different kinds of coloring books to choose from.
